8/11Class of 2022 advisors, Adel Cabral and Heather Buckley, invite the incoming freshmen class to their first fundraiser.  A car wash is scheduled for August 25th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at "Fast Freddies". 7/17

SHS Hall of Fame Golf Outing

The SHS Hall of Fame Committee is hosting a golf tournament on September 7th at Countryview Golf Club.  9 am start.  Scramble format.  $125 per person.  More info may be found here or you can contact Tony Torr

Community Service Opportunity

The Friends of Smithfield Cemeteries are in need of volunteers.  There are many opportunities to lend a hand.  They need assistance with trimming or removing fallen branches, cleaning headstones, and general maintenance of cemeteries. The hours are very flexible.  They can accommodate tough summer schedules.   If interested, call Bob Buonaccorsi at 349-4074, Don Burns at 447-0100, or Skip Tuetken at 233-0660

Open Enrollment - CTE Pathways


Smithfield High School is proud to announce that our three Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs are now accepting applications for open enrollment from all students, including those from outside of the Smithfield School District. Our CTE programs include:


  • Engineering Technology Academy Pathway

  • Early Childhood Education Academy Pathway

  • Academy of Finance Pathway

Students interested in the any of the Academy Pathways should complete the application form.
