Important Message to Parents/ Guardians with Students Entering 12th Grade
All students entering their senior year, 2023-2024 are required to have:
ā Meningitis Booster Vaccine
ā Physical Exam on or after their 16th birthday.
In accordance with the Rhode Island Department of Health Rules and regulations pertaining to immunization and testing for communicable diseases. (R23 1M)
