All students entering their senior year are required to have:In accordance with the Rhode Island Department of Health Rules and regulations pertaining to immunization and testing for communicable diseases. (R23 1M)
Meningitis Booster Vaccine
Physical Exam on or after their 16th
birthday.
This medical documentation needs to be sent to the nurse prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year!
